Lead Abatement

Lead-based paint is commonly found in houses built prior to when it was banned in the 1990’s. When the paint is in good condition, the risk is low, but once it ages and starts to crack, dangerous particles are released into the air. The particles from lead-based paint are incredibly toxic to humans, especially young children. If you think you might have lead-based paint in your home, don’t risk it! Call in the professionals to test and safely remediate any lead that might be lurking.

We contain the lead in 6-millimeter polyethylene sheeting and put it under negative air pressure with state-of-the-art, certified HEPA air scrubber machines, then we safely remove and dispose of it.
